Return Eligibility

  • Standard Items: Most items purchased from Joplin Pet Cremation can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom engraved items (e.g., personalized urns or memorials) are non-returnable due to their customized nature.

    • Size-specific jewelry (e.g., rings or bracelets) is non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process

  3. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

  5. Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping fees.

  • Refunds for defective or damaged items may include return shipping costs at our discretion.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit at your preference.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective items.
